Men's Club

The YIOT Men’s Club seeks to enhance the community experience for our membership by providing opportunities for meaningful social engagement. Some of the Men’s Club’s past programs and initiatives have included summer BBQs, kumzitzes, Paintball Outing, and a group viewing of the YU Men’s Basketball team during the NCAA tournament. The Men’s Club has played a critical role in facilitating food service at a number of different shul functions including the annual Simchat Beit HaShoevah, Tikkun Leil Shavuot and - most notably- initiating the Chips Kiddush program to provide a more approachable avenue for those looking to sponsor kiddush. Covid presented its challenges this past year, but the Men’s Club continued to bring community members together with events such as wine tasting, Zoom kumzitz, Grab N Go Kiddush and backyard bonfires (with the Sisterhood).
