About Rabbi Dukes
Rabbi Yehuda (“Yudi”) Dukes was the founder and director of JNet (The Jewish Learning Network), a program established in 2005, to fulfill the Lubavitcher Rebbe's mission to encourage all Jews to set a fixed time for Torah study and connect them with others from all over the world through Chevrusa learning.
Rabbi Dukes contracted COVID-19 in March of 2020, and throughout his 242 days in the hospital, he inspired people to do mitzvos in the merit of his recovery. After a short return home, further complications led to his untimely passing this past January. This program is in his memory with the goal of continuing his mission to connect people through Torah learning.
He is survived by his wife Sarah and 6 children.
