PAYMENT AGREEMENT (please check after reading)Thank you for sponsoring a YIOT Beis Medrash Night. All sponsorships MUST BE PAID IN FULL at least 7 days prior to your event. Full payment can be made online OR by check at least 7 DAYS PRIOR to your event. Checks should ONLY be mailed to YIOT, 868 Perry Lane or placed in the YIOT mailbox located by the downstairs doors. Checks SHOULD NOT be given to anyone or dropped anywhere else or they may not be received. Any Beit Midrash Night not paid in full 7 days prior to the event will be canceled and the food order will not be placed.
