Grades 3-5 are invited to join us for a Shabbat Luncheon
with good food, good friends and good times!

• Please indicate in the notes if your child is interested in saying a Dvar Torah.
• To register multiple kids you will need to complete this form more than once.

Schedule: Meet in the Beit Medrash at 12:00. The program will end in the Social Hall at 2:00.

Costs:

• $15 per child for the luncheon
• $36 or $54 if you would like to be listed as a sponsor of the Shabbaton.
