Dear Members of Young Israel of Teaneck,

We are pleased to announce that YIOT recently purchased the rights to use burial plots at nearby Riverside Cemetery in Saddle Brook, NJ. These plots are located within a section originally used for Congregation Khal Adath Yeshurun of the Bronx. We were fortunate to acquire these rights at a very reasonable cost so as to make them available to our membership. To administer this program, we have formed a YIOT Cemetery Committee chaired by Eli Menczer alongside committee members Dan Barenholtz, Eric Schwartz, Michael Rosner and David Roher. Each member in good standing is entitled to purchase the rights to burial plots for themselves and their family. The cost of each burial plot is $1,500. Thank you for your interest in purchasing graves at the YIOT's plot at Riverside Cemetery in Saddle Brook, NJ. The price of each grave is $1,500. Please complete the form below and return it to the YIOT along with your payment. Your check should be made to the YIOT or you may pay online. Upon receipt of your payment, we will process your application and email you a receipt confirming how many graves you have purchased. Purchases will be recorded as a "reservation" in the YIOT records.

I request reservation(s) under the following name(s) and available grave(s) in Block G, Section 81. Enter multiple if more than one.
Grave rights purchased are not transferable to anyone else. YIOT is under no obligation to purchase back unused graves. No deed, title, or actual ownership transition of the plot is to be acquired. All persons buried in the YIOT burial plots must be Jewish and be buried in accordance with Halacha. The rabbi of the the  YIOT will be the final arbiter for all Halachic questions.
