Pesach Cleaning
Please clean out any chametz you have in the shul and please
do not bring chometz.
Mechirat Chometz
Rabbi Weinberger will be available for Mechirat Chometz in the
conference room on the 2ndfloor on Sunday April 1st after the
8:00a minyan or by appointment.

Can You Help?
A young lady from Penn State University needs a place to
stay for the first two days of Yom Tov. If you have an

Bnei Akiva
Snif resumes after Pesach (4/14).
Israeli Dance for Women: Resumes on May 7th.
Israeli Dance for girls resumes on May 9th with a performance for
parents on May 30th (K-1st grade @ 4:30p,2nd-8th grade @ 5:30p)
Final Drama ulpan sessions on 4/16 and 4/30.
Yom Hazikaron program and Yom Ha'atzmaut Celebration on
April 23rd at Keter Torah. Special flags dance by girls from YIOT.
Mazal Tov
Mazal Tov to the TABC Varsity Hockey Team on winning
the yeshiva high school league championship with a 3-1
victory over DRS. Special yasher koach to our own Eli
Shteingart for scoring two goals and to goalie Amichai
Glassberg on being named game MVP. Mazel Tov to
coach Mo Fuchs and the entire team and coaches.

Condolences
Condolences to Tracey Kirsch on the loss of her father.
Tracey will be sitting shiva at the Kirstein home (2770 W.
5th St., Apt. #9C Brooklyn, NY) until Tuesday March 27th.
Mincha at 7:00p on Sunday and Monday.
Tomchei Shabbos Needs Help
On March 29th, Tomchei Shabbos will make their pre-
Pesach deliveries. Boxes will contain food for the sedarim
and there will be more than one box for each recipient.
Volunteers are needed to help out. To volunteer, contact
Michael Gutlove (mgutlove@yahoo.com).
Scholar in Residence
Rav Meir Goldvicht, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva University is our
Scholar in Residence this Shabbat (Parshat Vayikra). Rav
Goldvicht will give the following lectures at YIOT:
Friday Night, 9:00p: “The doorway of your home as a shield
against trouble”
Shabbat Hashkama and Main Minyanim: “The power of
tefilla in times of crisis for the individual and the community”
5:30p: “Insights into the Haggadah”

Pesach Cleaning

Safety Information
Many of you know about the fire at the Jerome house this
past week. The fire was caused by a defective space
heater that was recalled. Information on this recall can be

Donate Leftover Shalach Manot
We are accepting donations of non-perishable food items with
proper kosher certification to Shearit HaPlate of Teaneck for
people in need. Boxes will be set up outside of the Beit Medrash
on Sunday (March 18th) ONLY. For more information, contact

Starting Sunday, there will be a daily Mincha-Ma’ariv minyan.

Shul Dinner This Sunday
The annual Shul Dinner honoring George & Bonnie Silfen and
Michael & Brocha Gutlove is this Sunday at 6:00p at
Congregation Keter Torah (Roemer) in Teaneck. For directions,

Raffle Tickets for amazing prizes will be sold at the dinner.
Tickets are $10 for one ticket, $25 for three tickets, $50 for seven

The magic show will begin in the Beit Medrash about 15
minutes after the Chagiga starts.
Parshat Zachor Readings
Parshat Zachor will be read at the 7:00 & 9:00 minyans.
Megillah Reading Schedule
(3/3) Ma’ariv at 6:30p in Main Shul & Beit Medrash:
Beit Medrash (reading after Ma’ariv): For Youth Department who are setting up the Chagiga and parents whose children are too young to sit in shul. The reading will be done straight through without breaks.
Main Shul (reading at 7:20): For parents and their children who can sit through the entire reading.
Additional reading in Main Shul at 8:30p.
(3/4) Shacharit at 7:00a (Beit Medrash) and 8:00a (Main Shul) with Megillah reading. Additional reading at 10:30a in the Main Shul.
Old Dining Room Closed
The “old dining room” in the house will be closed this Shabbat.
Sisterhood Mishloach Manot
Mishloach Manot are available for pickup in the 'old dining room' for 30 minutes after the 7:20p Megillah reading. One person from each family should enter through the door
connected to the main hallway and exit through the door connected to the interior room. Unclaimed mishloach manot will not be delivered; contact Rebecca Gilad or
Brocha Gutlove to arrange for pickup the next day. Any unclaimed mishloach manot will be donated to Shearit HaPlate of Teaneck for people in need.
You can also drop off your unwanted mishloach manot foods at YIOT for donation to Shearit Haplate as well.
