Attention Women!
We would like to start a “Mishmeres” in our shul. Each
person takes upon herself a 2 hour slot each day during
which she is especially careful to refrain from speaking
“Loshon Hara”. This is done in conjunction with reading 2
laws a day from the book “A Lesson A Day” written by the
Chofetz Chaim. We especially undertake this as a merit or
“zchus” for those needing a Refuah Shlaima. For more
information or to sign up, please call Edyie Rosenfeled at
837-9260 or Hadasa Weinberger at 837-1520.

In addition, we would like to have more women join our
monthly Tehilim group – either to be said in their own
home, or together in shul on the first Tuesday of every
month. If you are interested, please e-mail Eva Ashenberg
at ashenberg@optonline.net or call Hadasa Weinberger.
Eva will e-mail current participants, with a reminder for the
first Tuesday in August. Please respond to Eva via e-mail
to confirm. We hope to be having a speaker in the Fall to
initiate a new and enlarged group for the recitation of
Tehilim.

Sisterhood Events
The next sisterhood meeting will take place on August 6th at
8:00p at the home of Rachel Shechter (1014 Phelps). All
women are welcome to attend.

Pottery from Women's Night Out is now available for pick up
at the home of Brocha Gutlove. For further information,
please call Brocha.
A flyer for Rosh Hashana Cards has gone out. For further
information, please contact Jenny Nassimi.

Youth Announcement
Due to the summer vacation schedule, the Nursery and
Pre-K/K groups will continue, but all other groups
are cancelled for the summer.
If anyone is interested in running or supervising a group
over the summer, please contact Erez Gilad.
