Some additional notes.

1. Over the opening days of the Chag we announced in Shul that we would greatly appreciate any of our guests making contributions to our Tishrei Appeal Campaign. We had never really done this before but we felt it was important to reach out to our quests to raise additional funds for the Shul . We are grateful to all those who have contributed and those who will do so in the future. We apologize if anyone was offended by the way it was done. Our intent was only to expand our donor base.
2. The Teaneck Police Department has been made aware of an individual walking the streets of Country Club during the late evening/early morning hours. According to witnesses, there is a man dressed in black (wearing a hooded sweat shirt) checking car doors to see if they are locked. The police department reminds everyone to lock their cars and homes and report any suspicious activity to the authorities.
3. The parent/youth minyan will start at 7:45, not 8:00, on Shabbos Chol Hamoed and Shminei Atzeret. There are regular youth groups on Shabbat and Shmini Atzeret. None on Simchat Torah.
4. Please keep in mind that parental supervision is especially important during Shmini Atzert/Simchat Torah as some activities can quickly get out of hand. Pls know where your children are at all times.
5. We thank everyone for cooperating with our “no eating in shul” policy.
6. Copies of the updated shul directory are available for pickup at The Handels 1/2 hour after Motzei Shabbat until 11 pm or Sunday through much of the day. Just stop by their house on Country Club Drive.
7. Last minute reservations can be accepted for the Simchas Torah lunch. The lunch is at no charge but reservations are required.

Chag Sameach/Shabbat Shalom
